New Talent Showcase – Open to the Public
Goldsmiths College 19th March, 2010

The annual New Talent Showcase is a round-up of some of the most exciting and innovative short films made by Taiwanese talent from around the world. This year our New Talent selection team have chosen 8 short films (most of which have never been seen in the UK before) to screen on Friday 19th March during the 2nd edition of the Taiwan Cinefest.
In addition, well-known Taiwanese film-maker Yu-Hsien Lin (Jump Boys!, Exit No 6 & Sorry, I Love You) will be in attendance to share his very own short When the Rain is Over and hosting an audience Q & A after the screening of documentary mega-hit Jump Boys!
Entrance to the New Talent Showcase and the Filmmaker Workshop is FREE OF CHARGE although due to limited seating we encourage you to pre-register at newtalent@taiwancinefest.com

How to get to Goldsmiths College
There are a number of ways to get to the Media Resources Building at Goldsmiths College at New Cross Gate including tube, overground and bus.
Trains run from Charing Cross, Waterloo East, Cannon Street and London Bridge. Journey time is roughly 10-15 minutes. If a direct train isn’t listed, or you are travelling from Blackfriars Station, catch the first available train and change at London Bridge for either New Cross or New Cross Gate.
